Website and messaging terms for AM Builders pool design and quote requests.

These terms govern use of the pool construction website and free 3D design and quote request operated by AM Builds Inc., doing business as AM Builders (“AM Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A website submission does not establish a construction contract or guarantee an estimate or appointment.
The request form is an initial inquiry. Design concepts, schedules, prices, scope, and project suitability require further assessment and any applicable written agreement.
Program: AM Builders Pool Design & Quote Updates.
Opt in: On the website, enter a phone number and actively check the separate SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default.
Messages: Requested pool design and quote follow-ups, scheduling, site visits, and related service communications.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation.

Consent: SMS consent is optional, not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the AM Builders program described here.
