How we handle information from pool design and quote inquiries.

This policy explains how AM Builds Inc., doing business as AM Builders (“AM Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information submitted through its pool design and quote website. Support contact: [email protected].
We collect the name, telephone number, project details, and other information you provide. We may also collect technical information needed to operate the website and maintain records of the consent choice, disclosure displayed, submission timestamp, and source page.
We use your information to respond to your requested free pool design and quote, discuss your project, arrange site visits, provide customer service, manage and secure our website, and meet legal obligations.
If you actively select the optional SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default, AM Builders may send text messages concerning your requested pool design and quote, site visits, scheduling, and related follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected]. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS will not prevent you from requesting service through other available channels. This consent applies to AM Builders only and is not transferable to other businesses. Marketing messages outside this described program would require separate permission where applicable.
Automated phone calls are separate from text messages. If you separately select the optional call consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default, AM Builders may place automated calls, which may use an artificial or prerecorded voice, to the number you provided about your pool design and quote request, scheduling, and related follow-ups. Call consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and is independent of your SMS consent; you may choose either, both, or neither. Tell us on any call, or contact us, to stop calls. Phone numbers and call consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. All other permitted sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing. Service providers that process data solely on our behalf to deliver requested communications are restricted from using it for their own marketing.
We may share necessary non-SMS information with service providers supporting hosting, appointment coordination, and customer operations, and when required by law. We do not permit service providers to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing.
We keep personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
